Who is responsible

Elena Krasnykh, an independent art manager based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, decides why and how personal information submitted through this website is used. You can reach her through the contact form on this site or by email at Elenakrasnykh111@gmail.com.

Information we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, message, the service you select, and the date and time of your consent. A one-way hash derived from your network address is used temporarily to limit spam; the network address itself is not stored with your enquiry.

When you subscribe to the newsletter, we store your email address and the date and time of your consent.

How we use it

We use this information only to read, manage and respond to your enquiry, and to deliver a notification to the site administrator. Messages are stored before email delivery, so an email failure does not lose your enquiry. Newsletter addresses are used only to send occasional news from Elena Krasnykh. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Legal basis and sharing

We process the details you choose to send so that we can take steps at your request and pursue the legitimate interest of responding to professional enquiries, as set out in the General Data Protection Regulation. Information is shared only with service providers needed to host the website or deliver email, subject to their security and confidentiality arrangements, or where disclosure is required by law.

Retention

Contact enquiries are automatically deleted 180 days after they are received. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe: every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link, and using it deletes your address immediately. Temporary anti-abuse records are deleted after they expire and, in all cases, when more than 24 hours old. Server and email providers may retain their own operational logs under their respective policies.

Your choices and rights

You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to or restrict its use where applicable. You may also raise a concern with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). To make a privacy request, use the contact form and state “privacy request” at the start of your message, or write to Elenakrasnykh111@gmail.com.

External websites and security

Links from this site lead to independent websites with their own privacy practices, including the Instagram and LinkedIn profiles linked in the footer. Visiting them is optional and is governed by those services’ own terms; this site embeds no social media players or tracking tools. Reasonable technical safeguards are used here, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
